In minutes, your inbox will go from overflowing to organized—and stay that way.

If you’re trying to get into running, Couch to 5K is a great place to start. The popular app guides you through a simple, easy-to-follow regimen.

Headspace
Cost: Free for iOS and Android; offers subscription
Resolution: Beat stress
This beginner meditation app feels more like a board game with daily stats and challenges, and only requires 10 minutes of your day. In exchange, you get a clearer head, less stress, and a happier day—guaranteed.
Hopper
Cost: Free for iOS and Android
Resolution: Travel more and save money
Hopper knocks out two resolutions in one blow by finding the absolute best deals on flights. (One Men’s Health editor used this app to find a round-trip flight from Philadelphia to Paris for $600!)

Streaks
Cost: Free for iOS and Android
Resolution: Finish your daily to-do lists
Hold yourself accountable all year long (not just January!) with Streaks, an app that challenges you to complete up to six tasks every day.
Just name your mission—eat a healthy breakfast every morning, read three chapters of a book per day—and the app will send you regular reminders to keep the streak going.
Human
Cost: Free for iOS and Android
Resolution: Get off your butt
Human’s genius lies in its notifications: Using sensors on your phone, the app reminds you throughout the day to keep moving, and ultimately expects you to be on your feet for at least 30 minutes every day.
It’s helpful for office warriors who spend all day trapped behind a desk. Human counts running, cycling, and walking in its tracker, so everything from a post-work jog to trips to the bathroom count toward your activity.
The guys here at ForMen hope that you found a few of these worth the download. Good luck using these apps to help stay on track in 2016!
