About Us

What is ForMen.com about and why did we start it?

There are a lot of sources of information for men related to health, fashion, fitness, lifestyle and vitality, but none of them has the tone I am looking for and the audience I am targeting. ForMen.com is geared toward men 35 and older who want to look good, feel good and enjoy their lives, and have some disposable income to facilitate all of the above. I want to acknowledge that there are many things that can foster a sense of meaning and/or fulfillment in life, including strong social and familial relationships, professional and personal accomplishment, learning to embrace the here and now. All of these are important, especially as we age. I believe that if you feel good about how you look, are comfortable with your fitness level and health choices and have a strong sex drive it’s going to make everything else in your life better.

ForMen.com is about providing information to men so they understand their options as it relates to looking good and feeling good and doing so in a non-judgmental way. We a have slight bias in favor of science and human ingenuity providing pathways to achievement which can short circuit traditional approaches. For example, maybe testosterone replacement therapy is an appropriate avenue to boost libido, attention span and spur muscle growth, or maybe it’s all about eating better, sleeping more and heavy workouts. ForMen.com will explore topics like this and, where relevant, highlight a course of action for natural or assisted progression. Our goal is to, through original content or sourcing quality third party perspectives, provide you with accurate information that leads to action. That “action” could even be the decision not to act – either way, it’s an informed decision. Know it, own it, do it.
