Antioxidants
(for infertility)
You probably already know that antioxidants are good for you, and that they are found in berries. Did you know that they are also effective at increasing sperm quality? Broadly speaking, antioxidants are comprised of any man-made or natural substances that may prevent or delay some types of cell damage. That includes beta-carotene, lutein, and vitamins A, C, and E, among other vitamins, minerals and flavonoids. Fruits and vegetables are the best way to get the most antioxidants, and plan for 7-10 servings per day for maximum benefit (leafy greens, berries, green tea, etc). If produce isn’t your thing, a supplement works, too.
