13. Take Risks. Stretch outside of your comfort zone and take risks (either professional or personal.) Go after that big idea or ask the hot girl at work (who’s way out of your league) on a date. Best case, you’ll get rich and take home the pretty girl. Worst case, it will be an experience you’ll learn from. Win or lose, you’ll feel more alive and if you do this often, you’ll surely end up more fulfilled. You can’t hit a home run unless you’re constantly swinging for the fences.
14. Learn from the wise. We did a piece a while back on death bed regrets, and I find it helpful to consider what people wish they had done differently as their journey comes to an end. It gets me focused.
