We’re not always as forthcoming with our doctors as we should be. According to a survey done in Britain, the top things men lie to their primary care physicians about are:
- Smoking
- Frequency of exercise
- Alcohol intake
- How much sleep they’re getting
- Admitting to aches and pains

If you’ve ever lied to your doctor about any of the above, you’re not alone! But it’s important to be as truthful as you can with your physician, so they know how to best treat you. Don’t feel bad about being judged, that’s not what they’re there to do!
