Heat – Next Big Performance-Enhancing “Drug”?

There is some evidence to suggest that regular use of a steam room or sauna could have material benefits to your health. Sure some of the studies have small sample sizes and/or findings are extrapolated from animal studies… but it’s nice to know that all the times I’ve gone to the gym simply to “steam” might have some long term benefits. And even if they don’t, it makes me feel better.
